The Geisha variety is an exclusive and exotic variety in the country, its production represents around 1% of the national coffee production, with low productivity but excellent cup quality that makes it obtain national and international awards, breaking records of prices in sales.
The coffee reaches the micro-benefit and the pulp is removed, leaving the grain’s own mucilage (honey). It is dried in the sun for 15 days, making your honey concentrate. When the coffee reaches a suitable humidity point, it is stored where it rests for 2 months before being peeled, roasted and packed for sale.
